        You will see the Pen Symbol in the left corner of the toolbar. Click on it and change the view to HTML view and copy all the code to the clipboard and go to the Notepad ++ or any text editor software and paste the code there.

        After pasting the code there, the main and the most important step to add <marquee>  tag on the starting and add </marquee> tag at the ending of the script code.

        Now copy all the from the text editor and go to Blogger layout and add a new gadget and select the HTML / JavaScript and paste all the code there and Save the Changes.
