The First thing To Create An Attractive Sitemap Page in Blogger || Animated Sitemap || is that you have to download the script code which I have linked below. After downloading that code open that code in Notepad ++, so it will work better.
After opening the code in Notepad ++, copy the whole code in the clipboard and go to Blogger Dashboard and Go to Pages Section and Create a new page and name it as Sitemap and change its a view to HTML View and paste all the code that you have copied.

After pasting that code, at the end of the code, you will see the URL of my Site, you have to change it and paste your URL at that place and Save it and Publish that Page. Now you can see that page in Page Preview. and Now you can copy that's pages URL and Paste it wherever you want in the layout.
